Solana has suffered countless network outages in the last year. Recent downtime has caused the network’s home currency to depreciate 4% against the US dollar over the past 24 hours.
Solana’s Blockchain Handles More Downtime — Misconfigured Nodes Cause Outages
The Solana network is down and not processing transactions. Developers across the ecosystem are working to diagnose the issue and restart the network. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Another person asked about a misconfigured node issue. “Definitely not FUD…just an honest question…what good is it even with a Nakamoto factor of 30 if one misconfigured node can bring it all to a halt?” Individual AskedSolana’s supporters, on the other hand, brushed off the criticism and told people that blockchain networks will continue to improve as long as their engineers are persistent.
