The FIAT Metaverse Store is the world’s first interactive Metaverse-powered showroom, providing an immersive and simplified brand experience that puts brands at the forefront. The technology launched by FIAT is the first of its kind to enhance the end-to-end selling experience in the Metaverse and will revolutionize the entire customer experience for brands. The Metaverse store has his Product Genius (real person) from FIAT who can answer customer questions in real time.

The FIAT Metaverse Store was developed in collaboration with Touchcast and Microsoft, who designed the FIAT branded experience. Touchcast’s Metaverse-as-a-Service platform is built on the Microsoft Cloud, allowing customers to access the Metaverse without needing his VR headset, avatar or dedicated hardware. The result is a fusion of the digital and the physical, creating an immersive experience like no other.
The FIAT Metaverse Store can instantly move customers ‘inside’ FIAT. (Link)Once inside, a Product Genius welcomes you and together you explore the car in a 360-degree panoramic view, learn about its technology and answer questions about electric mobility, charging and what’s inside the New 500. Additionally, customers can: Get an up-close look at the infotainment and how the different driving and EV charging modes work. Clients can also customize their models by choosing bodies, colors, interiors, and other features they want, and literally see those changes in real time. Plus, with FIAT’s fully immersive tools, you can recreate the driving experience aboard Bocelli’s new 500 La His Prima on the Lapista 500 track, located on the roof of Lingottoville in Turin.
To meet the needs of our customers and adapt to their free time, Product Genius is available 24/7, Monday through Friday, 9am-8pm and Saturday, 10am-6pm.
With the new FIAT Metaverse Store, the brand continues the simplification strategy it started a few weeks ago with the composition of its new range, continuing its path towards lean and innovative customer journeys.
The full online experience is also complemented by a physical experience, as customers can decide to go to their nearest dealership for a test drive.
