Mobile in-app customer support leverages AI
According to Vermilion, Metaverse is a new paradigm for both consumers and marketers, and there is a strong need for new skills to attract customers to AR / VR. For example, Metashift may enable metaverse-specific SSI and NFT in-VR support and blockchain validation. According to Vermilion, brand behavior in the early Metaverse will shape future consumer relationships.
Helpshift’s mobile in-app customer support platform uses AI to reduce churn and increase CSAT. Helpshift currently supports self-service interactions with over 800 million players annually on some of the world’s most popular mobile apps and games. According to Vermilion, Modern Help Journey allows customers to take advantage of self-service, get automated help from intelligent bots, and direct agents to their experiences without leaving the experience.
“Brands are having a hard time navigating customer needs in a whole new location,” says Vermilion. “It’s a big challenge for brands. Helpshift provides a very important in-world support experience that enables customers to provide feedback, answer questions, and chat with agents without leaving Metaverse. People responsible for product, app development, QA, and customer experience / support will be the first to benefit from this release. “
